At PowerShift Collective, we are committed to creating meaningful, supportive experiences for every participant.
1:1 Divorce Coaching: We are committed to providing a supportive and transformative 1:1 coaching experience. Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered completed. Because each coaching package is reserved specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once a package is purchased. However, we know life happens. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from starting or continuing your coaching package, please reach out — we handle these situations individually to ensure fairness and support.
Group Programs: Participants may cancel their registration up to one (1) week before the first session to receive a full credit toward a future program or service. After this period, all payments are considered final.
We understand that attending a divorce support group is a significant commitment and that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We are committed to providing a supportive and transparent experience, including our payment and refund policies.
If exceptional circumstances arise (such as illness, family emergency, or other significant life events), please contact us at powershiftcollective@gmail.com. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a one-time transfer or credit may be offered at our discretion.
Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or pro-rated adjustments; fees cover participation in the full program. Participants will receive materials from missed sessions and a one-time 20-minute touchpoint with Divorce and Relationship Coach, Sarzana Hasin Zafar.
No refunds or credits are available for cancellations made after the second session. If a participant cancels after the first session but before the second, a partial credit of 50% of the total fee may be applied toward a future program, workshop, or 1:1 Divorce Coaching.
By registering for any PowerShift Collective program, workshop, or coaching session, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Changes to Schedule/Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that PowerShift Collective must cancel a session or an entire program, participants will receive a full refund for the affected sessions or program.
Digital Products: Priced digital products, or downloadable resources, are non-refundable.
Non-Transferable: Registration fees are non-transferable to another individual without prior approval.
Please note: Refund and credit policies may be updated in the future. All members will be given ample notice of any changes.
By registering for our services, you agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
