Mission
At PowerShift Collective, our mission is to ignite transformation for those navigating change. We empower people to reclaim their inner sovereignty through self-awareness, education, and deep work, understand power dynamics,
and ensure they are never powerless again.
Through our Group Programs, Support Groups, Workshops, and 1:1 Divorce Coaching, we guide individuals to upgrade to a stronger, more confident version of themselves, step boldly into new beginnings, and connect with a supportive, like-minded community.
The Team
-
You don’t have to explain the kind of loneliness that divorce brings. I’ve lived it. Twice.
I know what it’s like to feel stripped of your confidence, your identity, and your hope.
To wonder if you’ll ever laugh again, love again, or even recognize the person in the mirror.
That’s why I created PowerShift Collective:
to offer the kind of grounded, compassionate,
actionable support I wish I’d had.I’m not here to enable you or pity you.
I’m here to help you rebuild with structure, empathy, and accountability.
My approach:
Gentle when needed, direct when it matters.
Rooted in science, driven by lived experience,
guided by hope.Credentials:

I’ve learned what it means to start again, to carve out a place for yourself when the old one no longer fits.
To trust your instincts, your craft, and your capacity to create something meaningful.
After my divorce, I returned to Toronto to rebuild my life, rekindling my passion for Flamenco and eventually growing into my role as a Flamenco Instructor.
I see movement as more than art.
It’s a language of healing, discipline, and self-expression — a way to return to your strength, one step at a time.
To expand my horizons, I also founded Sweet November Studio - — a space where women in the trades can build not just a business, but a foundation rooted in confidence and purpose.
I mentor through strategy, structure, and soul — blending practical guidance with honest reflection and deep listening.
My approach:
Grounded, intuitive, and direct.Built on real experience, guided by empathy, and driven by vision.
